My A/C unit was not keeping up with my thermostat setting. Since my unit was 15 years old, I decided to go ahead and replace it versus trying to repair it. I was advised several years ago that it was about time for a new unit. Since my unit was still keeping up at an acceptable level, I was allowed the luxury of having time to shop around for a replacement. I received quotes from three other companies before I contacted Travis. Although these other companies were reputable and local, their pricing was more then it should have been (like I said, I had plenty of time to research pricing). Travis was able to provide a top of the line unit for what the competition was charging for a basic unit. He was personable, trust-worthy and a man of his word. He showed up along with a professional looking team right on time. And, did not leave until everything was to his satisfaction and he had trained my husband on the use of the "smart" thermostat. He promised me the installation would look better than my original. They took the time to spray paint my gas line for a better visual presentation. How things look is very important to me, so I loved their attention to detail.

The fan on our AC unit broke; throwing one blade down into the unit itself. Our extended family all use a popular Heating/AC repair company so we called them immediately. It happened at night so the service call was extra and they still couldn't fix it until the next afternoon. The also told us we would need not only a new fan but a new motor as well. It was going to cost more than our house payment.
The next morning my husband told a few friends about it and they all shook their heads and told him to call Holder, which he did, and we are forever grateful.
The technician from Holder arrived within just a few hours of the phone call and, even with having to get the parts, he had it fixed within an hour and a 1/2. Even though he brought a new motor with him, he suggested we try just replacing the fan first; that the motor may not even be needed. He was right.
He was very professional, very informative, respectful, and it all cost a fraction of what the other company would have charged for just the fan.

Travis Installed a complete unit from Bryant in July 2015. Got our first full month bill and you all know how hot it was. We used central air all month set @ 78 degrees. Unit only a couple of time switched to Cool2 High Stage. Travis also installed a new complete duct system. Bill for the moth was $109.00. Not bad for a 2100 sq. ft. home.

Even though he brought a new motor with him, he suggested we try just replacing the fan first; that the motor may not even be needed. He was right.
He was very professional, very informative, respectful, and it all cost a fraction of what the other company would have charged for just the fan.

Travis and his team came and looked at my made in 1988 heat pump. This thing is 28 years old. His team was fast, efficient, and friendly. Not to mention their work ethic and price was more than fair, even generous. These guys had to figure out a wiring problem without a schematic or wiring diagram and now my unit has about a 20 degree drop. Awesome! Travis Installed a complete unit from Bryant in July 2015. Got our first full month bill and you all know how hot it was. We used central air all month set @ 78 degrees. Unit only a couple of time switched to Cool2 High Stage. Travis also installed a new complete duct system. Bill for the moth was $109.00. Not bad for a 2100 sq. ft. home.
